The film is an adaptation of the miniseries written by Chris Claremont in 1982, with pencils by Frank Miller. The premiere is scheduled for July 26.

[Synopsis]

In the film, Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) is a man haunted by his dark past. Motivated by their condition, "wolverine" travels to Japan in search of help. He meets and falls in love with Mariko Yashida (Tao Okamoto), a situation that leads him to confront a dangerous organization known as Tentacle.
